I'd say that the normal people from FSN (Ayako, the track girls etc.) should just be humans (that doesn't mean they can't be involved, of course), and Saber I'm not sure about. Ilya should presumably be related to Shirou, but I'm not sure how. I'm also not sure where the guys fit into this, in particular Archer (since he's canonically another version of Shirou, I dunno how that would translate to this).

Also, I think we should try to flesh out the existing characters a bit more, whilst we think about what race to make the rest.

i'd suggest utopia rather then dystopia

Well, yeah, possibly. It's just that dystopias lead to more chance of BDSM

well in example Shirou dying during hf temple fight, or other wise turning into a hard ass totalitarian hero, or just the reverse into a Utopian world with looser morals

Well, I'm thinking of how it would lead to porn, in particular. Shirou as a hard-ass totalitarian hero could work, although my interpretation of that would very definitely not be light....

Well, I mean for most or all of the War. I don't mind Rider not being with Sakura for a bit, but I'd like Sakura to regain a servant.

Also, I have serious practical issues with the idea, because I think it would ridiculous to drag in another random classmate of Shirou's and "reveal" that they're a magus, after we've already done it to Ayako.

I'm not sure, really. We need to find a solution we're both OK with, but I do not like the idea of taking Rider off Sakura permanently at all.

But, anyway, this is a pointless argument, because you've still not answered my objections to the basic idea. I do not like the idea of not giving Sakura a servant and nor do I like the idea of seperating Rider from Sakura. And nor, for that matter, do I think I could write it, because my idea of Rider is a lot more Sakura-centric than yours apparently is.
