According to Gematsu, F/HA will follow F/SN onto the PS Vita, but the release date has not yet been anounced.

The version will have voices, so people responsible for F/HA are already pooling resources to get equipment and hack the game to retrieve voiceacting.

Here's a preview for it, in English (and it was even tweeted about on the official site in English, too: https://twitter.com/psv_hollow/status/513904673560858625). Apparently the release date is the 27th November, but the fact that they're making an English-language preview and tweeting about it in English is interesting.

It seems weird if so. Although, then again, with the UBW anime coming out and the HF movie coming soon, all of the routes will have English language adaptations, so I suspect that a HA localisation would be viable at that point.
